We are looking for Sales people to help our current Sales team (Ambassadors, Account Executive and Account Manager) in the US. You will report to the General Manager.

You can be based anywhere in the USA, ideally in NYC 🇺🇸

# What will I be doing? 🤔

  • You’ll be one of our first few members on the customer support team and you’ll be on the front-lines of responding to support messages from our users and organisers

  • Provide reliable support: this is usually over chat messaging or email, but can also mean a phone call

  • Occasionally organizers might also need punctual help on site with access control, scanning etc.

  • Provide feedback regarding customer service procedures, policies, and standards

  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions

  • Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods

  • In addition, you’ll also be writing articles for our “Learning Center” which is a place where users can find answers themselves. Writing is a big and important part of the job.

# What do we need from you? 😎

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-starter and self-motivated mentality, with passion for helping people and music

  • Ability to understand new concepts quickly and possess the ability to explain them with ease

  • A previous experience in support is preferred

# Hiring Process? ⌛️

We like to move fast but want to give you a chance to meet as many team members as possible:

  • Introduction meeting with interim US GM - 30 min

  • CRO meeting - 1h

  • CEO meeting - 1h

  • Meeting with a few US team members, ideally over coffee or drinks
