We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our growing Sales, Account Management, Sales Ops team of currently 15 in the US (including ambassadors). You will be part of the Senior International team along with the other country GMs - you will report to the CRO.

You can be based anywhere in the USA, ideally in NYC 🇺🇸

What will I be doing? 🤔

  • Own the US offices (NYC-Miami) and manage the team
  • Own the US key account effort from prospection, pitch to closing
  • Own the US P&L including at a gross margin, OPEX, and EBIT levels
  • Lead and support the whole Sales activity from prospection to closing
  • Review and ensure the impact of all commercial processes in Sales, Marketing & AM
  • Review and ensure the impact of all operational processes in city operations, fleet operations, and analytics
  • Build and maintain a great team culture consistent with our values and sustainability mission

What do we need from you? 😎

  • The most important thing is an entrepreneur mindset: you are ready to put yourself out there and bring your team to the moon
  • 5 years + of experience ideally within the live scene or ticketing industry
  • Extensive hands-on experience in prospecting & closing (long sales lifecycle) to the highest decision-maker level
  • P&L management experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience in financial reporting involving projects and contracts
  • Excellent knowledge of the US ticketing market
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
