#Mission 👩💻👨💻

As Customer Care Manager, you’ll be the go-to ambassador of our users and team even on weekends. You’ll be responsible for updating our tools and will be helping the Head of Care with projects. Customer satisfaction will be the heart of your missions. Your target is to offer THE solution to all Shotgun users. You will :

  • Manage our customer service tools

  • Interact in writing with users on a daily basis, and make sure they feel supported and happy

  • Report bugs to our technical team to be resolved quickly

  • Share user requests or feedback to help the product team adjust the product roadmap

  • Respond to user requests and comments on social media

  • Update Help Center, FAQs and automatic responses

  • Help improve current tools and processes
