This role reports to the CEO and will have a real impact on BrioHR's sales trajectory!

Duties and Responsibilities  Working directly with the CEO of BrioHR's fast paced environment, your mission will be to achieve maximum revenue growth by leveraging the best HR platform there is. You will be part of a collaborative environment in which you will interact with the company's management, as well with marketing and product teams, to achieve ambitious growth targets.

As a key member of the newly set up sales organization, your mission will be to put in place the right sales structure so that we develop the most powerful sales engine there can be. You will be hands on, have direct lead generation and sales target, and explain BrioHR benefits to our prospects during live demos and follow ups.

Continuous optimization of marketing and sales collaterals, sales processes for maximum efficiency, relentless focus on delivering value to our clients, will be key criteria of success.

This position is highly meritocratic and great attitude as well as great performance, will position you ideally to know all the ins and outs that will propel you to always more amazing roles within the expanding BrioHR Team.

Requirements, Skills, & Competencies

  • 3-8 years of sales experience in SaaS B2B in Southeast Asia
  • Ability to both roll-up sleeves to generate leads and meet prospects for demos / closing
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Can manage various stakeholders in different roles and seniority levels
  • Experience setting up efficient sales processes and improving them over time
  • Familiar with sales target definition and can commit to numbers
  • Friendly team player, open to new ideas, suggestions and improvement
