We’re Eutopia.

A Paris- and New York-based early-stage investment fund. We invest in consumer startups with a purpose who are rethinking the way we eat, sleep, dress, exercise and feel.

We empower early-stage startups to grow through investment, in-house expertise and a network of global advisors. With Europe as our investment playground and the US as our second home, our investment size is between 1 to 8 million euros. We join early and invest for the long haul.

The startups that we back have a strong value proposition, clear brand potential, a proven scalable business model and a “better for me, better for the communities, better for the planet” approach.

Our mission is to be an economic player acting with kindness, transparency and ambition supporting high-potential projects with a « good for me, good for the communities and good for the planet » approach.

We have already taken action in these essential areas and will continue to improve whenever we can

Governance

We are an “entreprise à mission” and are a B-Corp certified company to guide us towards the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.

Gender Equality

We are proud that 50% of our team and 36% of our portfolio companies have female or mixed founding teams. We have signed a variety of agreements to maintain that standard (Sista, Parental Act, Charte France Invest).

Responsible Investing

We incorporate environmental, social and corporate governance issues into our investment practice. We have signed the UN’s PRI — the world’s leading standard for responsible investment — and we are a member of the International Climate Initiative to strengthen our commitment.

Philanthropy

We want Eutopia to have an impact outside of our investments. We have committed to donating 1% of capital gains generated by the fund to make.org and will contribute to other philanthropic projects.
